MINORT, Inc Founder/Executive Director, Angie Robinson noticed that the City of Newark and the surrounding urban communities were lacking services for the enrichment of youth development. Angie decided to create free programs for all youth to help them see outside of their present situation. Angie and her team put together an array of programs to help transition youth out of life’s obstacles by seeing the positive outcome of a negative beginning. Angie says that MINORT, Inc deals with the real issues of today’s youth without beating around the bush. Angie says that it is important to get to the core of the issue that our youth face on a daily basis by meeting the youth where they are and not where you want them to be. MINORT’s team deals with the youth on an individual basis because as they know, each person's situation may differ from the other.

Our youth are our future leaders and MINORT, Inc has made a commitment to the youth of the City of Newark and the surrounding urban communities to help them achieve greatness in their lives.
